Tip’s Ribs BBQ and Catering was founded after years of slow cooking (smoking) ribs, BBQ and chicken for friends and family. The name is in honor of Mrs. Mary “Tip” Parker cook, homemaker and friend to all. Tip will always welcome you to her home with a hot meal and conversation. Her “Carolina style” BBQ and sides were passed down to her son, who operates Tip’s Ribs BBQ with his wife.
